A trip to the Zoo

Carson was so happy that Nana and PopPop came up to visit on Easter weekend. I am so happy that they were nice enough to help me paint my dining room while they were here. I have also tried to arrange some play dates for Carson these last few weeks, which seems to benefit both him and I. This last week, we had the opportunity to hang out with my friend, Kate, and her son, Jack. I think us mom's have all the fun on these play dates watching the little ones interact.
Charles has been pretty busy these last few weeks as his school semester is winding down. He has been inundated with papers to write, tests to take, and presentations to give. But he still found some time for us to take a fun family outing to the Atlanta zoo this past Saturday. Carson always loves to look at his animal book at home and I think seeing the animals in real life was icing on the cake for the little guy.
