Carson & Fall Sports

Ah... fall sports are fun for everyone. I love watching football with my son. Of course Carson is a huge OSU Buckeyes fan and lately he's been pulling for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays on their World Series run. Carson and I have enjoyed our favorite spot on the "Big Beige Bean Bag." We're super excited to be going to the Tampa Bay area during World Series fever. Thanks to Grandma Albury, he has some great Tampa Bay Bucs gear... but Carson's split between the Browns and the Bucs.

Carson was hoping to see the air show this past weekend at Dobbins Air Force Base, but we missed out and will look to catch it next year. His mommy was concerned about how his ears would handle the jet engine noises. But Carson ended up having a busy weekend anyway. Saturday, Carson went to his very first Hog Roast (courtesy of Tim Dixon and our friends at Church of the Apostles' Impact group). COTA did a nice fall party at Juli Vaughn's parents' house. Carson wasn't quite ready to bob for apples. He wanted to carve a pumpkin, but again his mommy felt he wasn't quite ready to play with knives.

Carson has no idea what he's about to embark upon tomorrow... an 8hr car ride to Florida! We figure Carson can decide when he wants to leave (that is, whenever he gets up for his breakfast... 6am, 7am, 8am, etc.).
